House of Delegates - Wednesday, April 19
All members are invited to attend this annual business session to deliberate on resolutions, hear updates from AAFP leadership and elect officers. Breakfast starts at 7:30am and the House convenes at 9:00am at The Depot Minneapolis. Breakfast and lunch are provided as well as an end-of-day reception where you can connect with your colleagues from around the state. KSA (SAM) Sessions Each Day
Fulfill the 60-question Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA, formerly SAM), with this session that meets your ABFM’s Family Medicine Certification Self-Assessment Activities requirement. Thursday's session is "Mental Health in the Community" and Friday's session is "Medical Genomics".

This Live activity, 2017 Spring Refresher, with a beginning date of 04/20/2017, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 11.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Following this CME activity, participants will have the opportunity to earn an additional two Prescribed credits for participation in each Translation to Practice® exercise. Information on Translation to Practice® will be shared within the activity.
